PERMISSIONS
Special magical powers: not THE STRONGEST but he knows his way around the mystic arts
Special physical powers: not THE STRONGEST but he is a good well-rounded fighter!
Special other powers: Rush has a special talisman that not only keeps him from wigging out Remnantly (Luminescence), but has some special powers of its own. He can use his talisman to speed up his time (allowing him to bum-rush foes [omnistrike]), or slow down the time of others [timeshift]. When his/group's health is near death/other danger time, he can conjure a protective wall of light. And he can summon the Remnant Cyclops to help him fight. Of course, as a JRPG character, there are various cooldowns for all this that may or may not have anything to do with the current ~drama~ of the scene.
Will ping others as: not quite human, especially if he isn't wearing his talisman. he's pretty average otherwise.
Things that ping me: girls with dirty-blonde hair. smiles. other people who are not quite human.
